Introducing…(drum roll please)…our debut e-learning course titled Emotional Intelligence: Key to Personal Effectiveness which is scheduled to launch in April 2021.
Research shows that people with high emotional intelligence make better decisions, are better team players and are more successful managers. If you are serious about complementing your intelligence quotient with an increased level of emotional quotient to achieve higher levels of personal and professional effectiveness, then this course is for you.
The course explores the components of emotional intelligence; self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and effective relationship management, and examines how each of them can be cultivated to enhance personal effectiveness.
